Great functionalities in an ORM software
very good service and very good number of Trip Advisor reviews, we use the tablet to collect the surveys and is working well. Been using RepUp for a while now, and we're very happy with the varied functionalities that the platform has. From replying to reporting features, it really is an all-in-one solution for reputation. We've been able to collect a lot of positive reviews which have really helped our rankings on review sites and other OTAs.

The review analysis report in RepUp's ORM system allows me to set a goal each month for our online reputation and score, and then constantly monitor quantitatively if we've reached our goals and targets that month for reputation or not. Best Reputation Management Platform
I used to previously use TrustYou, but have switched to RepUp because I've found that RepUp's features allow me much more control over my property's reputation. Also, I feel like the benefits of the RepUp platform cannot be understated, including the single dashboard reply to many OTAs & review websites. The Customer Success team is extremely helpful and has ensured a smooth transition. I could not be happier with the RepUp product and services. Love the reporting features!
There are a lot of options to generate reports and charts based on real time data. I love this feature as it is very helpful when creating quarterly or yearly reports. I would suggest using this platform if you are looking for a complete hotel management solution.
