Sheets are wonderful
Sheets are wonderful; however one sheet given as a Christmas present tore at the corner seam. Warranty was not honored. Sent in pictures of the torn seam and claim was rejected.

Well I haven't actually gotten to use the sheets yet but this is for the shopping experience. I ordered sheets (and they are not cheap). They were able to ship overnight so I was ecstatic. Got the sheets, opened the box and there is this yellow stain on them. So I called to initiate a return and she said she has to start a warranty claim. What?? Warranty? Are they going to clean the dirty sheets they sent me? So confused. At the end she said she'll process the return but they have to get them back and then they can ship out a new set…in 2-3 weeks. Amazon it is next time. These are bed sheets. It shouldn't be this hard.

As a first time customer, I just discovered their ridiculous return policy, 11% even on clothing items!!! As a regular online shopper, I have not encountered any company who does that. How do they expect people to purchase clothing from them online? I will never purchase from them again and neither will I purchase any bedding no matter how nice they are because their customer service is absolutely not customer friendly.

You pay $300 for sheets with a warranty. The sheets ripped on the corners once and piled twice. That's it. No more sheets because they only do three replacements over the ten years. EVEN THOUGH you follow directions. So disappointed. I will NEVER buy again and have unsubscribed to them. Oprah would likely remove her support should she know this.
