**Pros:** Julia erspart einem extrem viel Büroarbeit, das Programm ist leicht verständlich. Für etwaige Fragen gibt es sowohl hilfreiche Anleitungen als auch kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter. **Cons:** Momentan gibt es keine Beschwerdegründe.

Abfrage Button machen, wenn man das jeweilieg Eingabe Fenszer schließt ?! **Reasons for switching:** Hohe monatliche Kosten nachdem der Wechsel zu Protel Dortmund erfolgen musste !

**Pros:** Ich nutze Julia seit 2016 und bin super happy. Einfache Wartung & sehr hilfreiches Tool für die täglichen Arbeiten in der Vermietung. **Cons:** Wenn ich was nennen muss, dann die Preiswartung. Schön wäre eine zentrale einmalige Wartung.
