Efficient Channel Management with Instant Channel Manager

What do you like best: With the Instant Channel Manager's real-time synchronization feature, double bookings are a thing of the past. It's clever enough to tweak rates on its own for optimal revenue. The user-friendly dashboard brings together all of this convenience that allows access to a broader, diverse audience. The Instant Channel Manager is multilingual, encompassing support for various languages. What do you dislike: Although I'm on board with Instant Channel Manager, I do have a small suggestion. See, there isn't anything inherently wrong with it. But if the price was a little cheaper, it would become more attractive. What problems is it solving: The Instant Channel Manager tool has lots of neat features to help with easy inventory handling and accurate pricing for properties. With it, those managing properties can easily adjust inventory and pricing as the market changes, making them more visible and making more money. Because of all its features, it's really a helpful tool in managing properties.

A Channel Manager meant to provide you greater authority over your interactions with the OTAs.

What do you like best: Major global online travel agencies, such as Booking.com, Expedia, Wotif, Agoda, and many more, are connected to the STAAH Channel Manager. Rates and availability can be placed onto the channel manager and pushed across all channels where a property is enrolled with just one access point. This allows for the automated management of any booking website, saving time and effort. What do you dislike: Depends on the cost. It's the best for the price that I've found. What problems is it solving: Simplified our user interface by means of comprehensive testing and design. Fast channel updates for optimal performance such as that guarantee pricing, booking details, and hotel availability.

Easy Inventory channel management system!

What do you like best: The most best feature is it's real time synchornisation. The report it creates is very detailed and useful. As well one can get inventory details very easily. Moreover the features are simply awsome. What do you dislike: The pricing is a bit higher which sometimes piches the user. As well as it was difficult to get to know if there is any new update or feature in it, becuase you don't get any detailed notice or notification for that so sometimes it becomes a little hassle for the staff. What problems is it solving: It is very easy and user-friendly for managing the inventory. The features are awesome and moreover, very provides smooth functioning. It has helped to increase revenue substantially. It helps to give right solutions for the revenue management which ultimately boost the business.

Today i am so touched by Michell from your team

Today i am so touched by Michell from you team. I think she is on leave based on the email's reply. I have difficulties with the channel manager and OTAS system, when i raised my issues in our property's chat group, she just offered to call me back and also she go for the extra mile by helping me to explain how the SG taxes work in Booking.com. As a hospitality customer services, that should be the way, the world is too small, like i always remind my staffs, be a professional while working in the company, you may meet someone that who used to work with your ex colleagues before.
