Claire is amazing!
Claire was fantastic to work with and answered all of my questions, along with helping me to immediately remove my primary cleaner and change to a different primary cleaner in connection with my luxury rental property. She definitely helped alleviate a lot of stress on my end.

vance was very helpfull answering my questions and very polite as well. Although I think that dropping a level in my acess so i get host that are furthest away for at least a month since this does not work with real time because I accidently typed in my last name during a inital chat before it was accepted. I really needs to be re-evaluated or put in real time a month is a long time during what is a peak season we are coming up on and not fair to host or cleaner as punishment there has to be something else that can be done. I want to find out how to appeal this decision. thank you
