Lists make it easy

My overall experience has been good. I have been the administrator which creates the list in Klaviyo and so far everything has been smooth. Pros: I like the different customizable lists you can make with this product. We use different lists to personalize our marketing efforts. Cons: I have nothing to say I liked least about Klaviyo. Everything is easy to use and the import and export options are nice. It would be nice to be able to integrate Google Business with Klaviyo to keep employee lists automatically updated.

Signed up with them to use their…

Signed up with them to use their texting campaign feature. Keep on throwing me an error, tried a couple times to work it out with them was not able to get anywhere with them. Finally requested a refund its been 2 plus weeks and not even a response. Would stay away

Very very slow

The template editor text box is extremely slow - almost disfunctional due to the auto-saving function. It can take hours to edit a template. And it constantly warns The page is not responding ....

Robust features that grow with you

I've had a great experience with klaviyo Pros: Its really robust at every price point so you dont have to pick and choose or overpay for functionality you don't use. Cons: I think it can get so big in terms of flows that finding and managing changes can be challenging.

Still great to use

We use klaviyo for email and sms now instead of using multiple platforms to keep up with which is helpful Pros: Now that they added canva as a module that has been very helpful for easily creating emails and ads and everything in one place Cons: I don't like their customized templates. I find them very hard to use and edit. I wish reporting was also more advanced like mailchimp or others for profile users
