Pros: Julia erspart einem extrem viel Büroarbeit, das Programm ist leicht verständlich. Für etwaige Fragen gibt es sowohl hilfreiche Anleitungen als auch kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Cons: Momentan gibt es keine Beschwerdegründe.

Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star, because in my experience, even one star is too many. If you want or need to cancel a contract, the company shows its true colors. As long as you have a contract and pay regularly, you’re a valued customer. The moment you want to cancel, the difficulties begin.

Pros: Übersichtlichkeit, Flexibilität, Anbindung von Buchungsportalen
Cons: Nach jeder kleinen Änderung immer wieder “speichern” drücken zu müssen ist mühsam. Wenn man es einmal vergisst und hat viele Änderungen vorgenommen, sind sie weg und man beginnt von vorne. Evtl. könnte man einen “Speichern?” Abfrage Button machen, wenn man das jeweilieg Eingabe Fenszer schließt ?!

Pros: Ich nutze Julia seit 2016 und bin super happy. Einfache Wartung & sehr hilfreiches Tool für die täglichen Arbeiten in der Vermietung.
Cons: Wenn ich was nennen muss, dann die Preiswartung. Schön wäre eine zentrale einmalige Wartung.
