Your Welcome

At Ultra Urban Apartments we operate 25 Serviced Apartments in a single block in Belfast and have recently renewed our partnership with Your Welcome for the fourth year running. We find the tablets really useful in operating a hybrid self check in system, especially helpful under social distancing regulations. As well as providing real time information for guests and ourselves, the YW tablets add that extra professional finish to our serviced apartments. They offer good value for money in our opinion and service from the support team is excellent.

I genuinely have never received customer service as good as Your Welcome. Right from the off - I had a Zoom call with Alex - very informative, easy to talk to and every question I had was answered clearly. It was about 30 minutes into this call with Alex that I knew Your Welcome was for me. The next day (13/05/21) - I agreed to move forward with a 12 month contract and paid that day. Alex arranged next day to delivery for me as he could tell i was eager to put their Digital Guestbook solution into place as soon as possible. On the same day, I got intro’d to Rikesh, my account manager. My god - this guy went above and beyond to configure my content bespoke to my guesthouse. He treated the set up with the same care and attentiveness as if he were part of my business taking away any technical stress and leaves the door very wide open to contact him at any point with any other support going forward. Today (14/05/21) I have the tablets in all 11 of my guest bedrooms, configured and ready to greet guests with my bespoke content. I actually find that journey quite spellbounding. So all I can say is thank you Alex and Rikesh - superb from you both. Pro’s of Your Welcome: - The tablets themselves feel premium - My guest experience and value proposition has shot up - Guests can contact reception via in the in-plaform chat function instead of always contacting me on my mobile (I live on site, so it’s nice to distinguish between work and leisure now). - The ability to upsell my mini spa on site, romance packages or late check outs has never been simpler (and automated) - Guests can now easily find information on all their important parts of their stay, local attractions, taxi numbers, wifi codes, order food, book a local place to store luggage, browse the web, view a local map all without needing to contact reception Cons: Nothing

I’ve been really happy with YourWelcome. I operate a small serviced apartment block with 5 properties and have a tablet in each. My guests prefer looking on there for info about the property than calling me which is great. We’ve seen a few sales for late check-outs and I’m going to sit down and configure the advance email stuff shortly so I’ll update this once I’ve tried that. So far, really happy…

Like anything, the introduction of new technology can be difficult and cause hiccups we weren’t anticipating. Moving away from the traditional compendiums, we have installed approx 20 tablets at properties we manage. Initial difficulties were due to not having the time to invest in learning the technology, but now having a handle on how things work, we’re impressed. Staff have been attentive and the introduction of regular meeting to discuss positives & room for improvement, is a great step forward.

We have over 50 properties that we have moved from information folders to now all having it on the welcome tablet. So far for us this has worked so well meaning any changes that need to be made there is no need to go to the property it all can be updated from the office. Rikesh is always on hand to any questions or help we need and is always fantastic to deal with.
