Breezeway

Overall, Breezeway has been amazing for our operations. It’s essentially where our company ‘lives’, if it’s not in Breezeway, it doesn’t exist. Everything runs through it, from task management to coordinating with cleaners and vendors. It’s also very easy to use for both admins and cleaners, which makes onboarding and day-to-day execution much smoother. Their customer support has been great as well, always responsive and ready to help when needed. For the value you get, the pricing is very reasonable. It’s hard to imagine managing multiple properties without it.

We’ve been users of Breezeway for going on 6 years and not a day goes by that I don’t use the system and feel thankful that such a platform exists to help us manage our day-to-day. Getting the operations out of spreadsheets and into a platform that can be accessed anywhere, by any device, has truly changed the way we do things. The ease of use and streamlined user interface. Often, these systems are clunky and hard to navigate, but Breezeway integrates all of the features seamlessly and makes them easy to use. Beyond that, their Customer Support is top-notch, always responding timely to any issues or questions that I have.

Breezeway is a game-changer. It has become an integral part of our tech stack. Without it, we’d be spending more manual hours in the office or hiring extra staff. We now have 33 listings in our STR pool in Kimberley, BC. Without BW, we would have to employ many more staff on the ground. We also use BW Assist for after-hours guest care, which gives us peace of mind after hours and prevents us from always being available for guest questions.

I am absolutely happy with everything about Breezeway! I have been through several task software in the past and Breezeway is by far the best! The customer service is top notch and you can not ask for a better experience. I love how Breezeway seamlessly works with Streamline and keeps everything on track. Breezeway makes my job so much easier with all of the filter options. The messaging with guests and the AI features is icing on the cake.

We love Breezeway! It has made managing 60+ properties a ‘breeze’ ;). It allows us to exceed the high standards that we set for ourselves as well as our properties. We love the level of detail we’re able to maintain across all of our properties. With Breezeway, we’ve built everything out so thoroughly that we can answer just about any guest question without even stepping into the unit — which saves our front desk a tremendous amount of time, especially during peak season. The interface is also incredibly easy to use and simple to train on, making it seamless for our entire team to get up to speed quickly. Their customer service is top-notch — quick to respond, and if something can’t be easily handled over email, they’ll schedule time to walk through it with you so you fully understand.

Overall has been great. Enjoy working with everyone on the team, they’re responsive and listen and consider the customer needs. I like the mobile capabilities — but would like to see more accessible via the app rather than a redirect to the web. User interface is easy to navigate. Reporting capabilities could continue to be enhanced. I have had some issues with integrations and have run in to limited staff resources to work with delaying resolutions.
