Great Company
Secret Escapes are a great company, booked an hotel for November 2020 but obviously with Covid it had to be cancelled, long story short after having to change the dates over another 3 times we finally got there this September. Secret Escapes kept us informed every step of the way and informed us of what we needed to do to change dates or get a refund if we wished. Really professional company, used a couple of times and will use again.

Easy booking process and clearly lists excursions and what is or isn’t included. Been on a bucket list holiday to Bali with them that was superb, which is why we have booked with them again.

We can't praise our Secret Escapes enough!
We can’t praise our Secret Escapes holiday to Ischia enough. Transport arrangements were spot on and we have never had such efficient and friendly service in a hotel (La Pergola). The included trips were fantastic - we loved it all. Although we have booked many hotels with Secret Escapes, this is the first package holiday and we will definitely book with them again.

I almost don’t want to review because I would like to keep this gem as an exclusive secret. We have booked our annual holiday for the 10th year with Secret Escapes, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Always a fabulous trip, always a little gem hidden away somewhere, always so easy to book. Downside is deciding out of the many choices available. Fantastic.

Bargains can be had!
Booked a few trips/hotels with Secret Escapes, the latest one was a fantastic location and hotel that I’d never have normally tried. It was a package including flights and hire car, definitely felt more secure than booking them all separately. This one was very reasonable and cheaper than I’d find anywhere else but you do have to check as I’ve paid for hotels before and seen them more expensive than the hotels own website. Process is really easy due to their payment methods offered.
