The Airlinen Team has been instrumental in running my serviced accommodation business. The cleaners, the ops team and the linen team are very professional, they listen to feedback very carefully and work harder to improve on them. My properties have also received awards as they have been highly rated by guests. I could not have run this business without the support of this incredible team that works really hard to make the property appealing to the guests.

I’ve been using Airlinen’s cleaning service for my vacation rentals, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re always reliable, and their cleaning is excellent. What really makes a difference is their eye for detail. It’s exactly what’s needed to keep my guests satisfied. Thanks to their hard work, my guests have consistently left fantastic reviews. Airlinen has been crucial in helping me maintain the quality my guests expect.

We have used this company for some time now after being recommended it by a friend. Their linen is of varying quality often with missing items and they have now introduced towels with blue stripes at the end of them which look wholly unprofessional. Not only this but we were 24 hours late with returning linen that they only notified us on a Friday was due and the first available pick up time was the Monday and they charged us for the full set of linen. I am now looking for another provider.

Used Airlinen for a pre tenancy flat clean in a building on the bishops avenue in London. They were extremely professional and reactive to feedback. Both cleaners were on time and extremely helpful. The cleaning equipment and cleaners arrived together at the same time and were able to get the flat looking tip top! Will be using them again for the other flats and have recommended to the building.

We couldn’t have been more disappointed with our AirLinen experience. We booked a Deep Clean, 4 hours (as recommended for our property by their website) and on the day after 4 hours work we were told it would take a further 6 hours to complete the clean. Given we’d already paid almost £200 for the service there was no way we could afford to incur further costs so we had to send the cleaners home.

When I checked the work they had done (just the living room and kitchen none of the bedrooms or any other common areas) I was devastated to find it was not to a high standard at all. Surfaces had not been cleaned, internal and external drawers and cabinets were dirty (explicitly included in Deep Cleans), surfaces hadn’t been dusted and the floors hadn’t been swept or cleaned at all. I asked them for their Deep Clean checklist and found they had only completely done 2 of 12 items for the kitchen (wiping the sink and cleaning the taps). They had also cleaned my fridge but no other appliances (again all specified on their checklist). I couldn’t believe that this amount of work had taken them 4 hours and was relieved I hadn’t shelled out more money to have a poorly cleaned home. They hadn’t touched any of the bedrooms at all.

I contacted AirLinen to give them a chance to rectify the situation and they responded saying as it was the first time cleaning the property they didn’t know how long it would take - this seems a vital thing to tell people on their initial booking and I didn’t see it mentioned on the website - and then suggested it was because of the ‘state the property was in’ and because they were not cleaning a vacated property. Our house had actually had carpets and upholstery, windows and a normal professional clean in the week prior so we knew that it was in a good state. We were in attendance during the clean but had not got in their way at all (which would have been hard to do given they were in one room!) so I didn’t really accept this as an excuse either.

We also rented linen from them and multiple items were incorrect, completely mismatched or stained (although, to give credit where it’s due, they were very quick to rectify this).

Overall, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish and we would never use them again. I would have given no stars if I could. Avoid.
