Great all around PMS
We’ve been using CIIRUS for a number of years, and it’s been impressive to see how much the platform has evolved over time. What started as a strong, reliable property management system has grown into a modern solution for vacation rental professionals. CIIRUS has consistently adapted and continues to improve in meaningful ways.
Pros: Purpose-built for professional vacation rental management. Continual product evolution with modern tools and features. Powerful channel management and booking controls. Robust owner statements, reporting, and accounting functionality. Highly customizable workflows and automation options. Reliable system with excellent uptime. Cons: It’s not really CiiRUS fault as the industry has evolved significantly over the past few years, but there have been some bumps along the way.

Cons: While Ciirus offers a variety of self-help resources, I often find that they don’t quite get me to the finish line. More often than not, I end up reaching out to a Ciirus rep for guidance—and honestly, that’s where the real value is. Their team is always helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to get me back on track.
