Review of Ezee Absolute - Very less time-consuming, Features can be modified
Very less time-consuming, Features can be modified, No errors in reservation. Options for remarks are not available for Blocking rooms. Better co-ordination from the marketing team. Reasons for switching: Cloudbeds did not cater to the requirements of the Indian market.

Very easy operational software
Manual operations come to nil from the day we select eZee. The format of the product is also literally in one hierarchy. The hierarchy of the product is well developed. From the day we have opted for eZee it had come to our notice that all the nearby operations related to hotel had come to nil. Each and every step was very easy to mug up and simple to operate. Reasons for switching: Not satisfied with other product as eZee seems to be very easy to operate.

Its a good software to use by anyone
User-Friendly Interface, Comprehensive Feature Set, Seamless OTA Integration, Mobile App Accessibility. The platform is praised for its intuitive design, which simplifies daily operations and reduces the learning curve for new staff. But sometimes in peak hours all customer care officer occasionally be busy so please increase the strength. As a cloud-based system, eZee Absolute’s performance is heavily reliant on internet speed. Slow or unstable connections can lead to lag, especially during peak usage times.

Good PMS for Small Business
So far all good. The PMS is well functioning, CM needs improvement to be more flexible. The data presentation on Dashboard, data analysis graphs. Good UI Design. The customer support team is good, response promptly. Smooth on-boarding experience. Highly customizable, especially for building a hotel booking website. The eZee Mint is not as good as third party dynamic pricing tools. eZee need consider open API connection with leading dynamic pricing tools.
