Innkeeper's Advantage

We searched numerous hotel reservation systems before deciding on Innkeeper’s Advantage and could not be happier with our decision. Highly recommend them to any small hotel looking for a hotel reservation management system that is easy to use and continues to get better. Innkeeper’s Advantage is very user friendly and reliable. Their customer service is amazing and always simply a phone call or email away. We opened our boutique hotel in 2017 and have never had an issue with a reservation. Innkeeper’s Advantage continues to add additional services to the reservation system and the reports we are able to use to manage and increase bookings have been amazing.

Our overall experience with InnKeeper’s Advantage was akin to a family, never like a business. We’ve grown and with our growth, so have they, and their product features just get better every year. Ease of use, professional appearance, prompt call back for service concerns, secure banking platform and easy to operate and pull reports from. We started with Innkeeper’s Advantage back in 2011 and never looked back. From the day they rolled out their systems, their one-on-one training got us operational in 24 hours. They’ve adapted over the years by continually updating their back-of-house menus and reports. They’ve increased our cash flow. Their support is second to none. This service is the gold standard of Bed and Breakfast websites.

It can be intimidating how much Innkeeper’s Advantage allows the user to do. From changing the appearance of the website, changing rates and seasons, and creating reports, sometimes my head could spin with all the amazing tools they offer. But when I do feel overwhelmed I usually reach out and have instant help and if they are busy at the moment at least an email letting me know they are going to get to me as soon as they can. There are so many tools to use and help make the day to day much easier. Booking events at our inn is even easier with a spot on the calendar for the event space. Overall, you get a lot for your money and you can add other features on if you desire to.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with the team at Innkeepers Advantage for quite some time. I wanted to find a company that was interested in helping make my B&B’s a success story. I/A was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want a clunky pop-up type reservation system that was designed to replicate my website. I love that the reservation system and the website are seamless, meaning the user never leaves my website. Innkeepers Advantage is constantly adding new functionality to the product while keeping the cost very reasonable. Their customer support is awesome and timely. Being a Software Engineer myself, I did quite a lot of due diligence when looking to replace my reservation system back in 2013. When I found Innkeepers Advantage, it was a no brainer! The other reservations systems cost more and did less. Yes, you can get cheaper reservation systems. But I guarantee none will have the functionality of Innkeepers Advantage or the level of Customer Support of Innkeepers Advantage. As with most software, you get what you pay for. Innkeepers Advantage is perfectly priced. I highly recommend any accommodation looking for a new reservation system to give Innkeepers Advantage a serious look.
