We worked with Protel for over 10 years. It’s a real shame what’s become of this company… Support tickets aren’t addressed even after months, and when you finally get through to someone on the phone, they just say a ticket will be created and someone will get back to you. The customer service is absolutely inadequate! They simply open support tickets, but there’s no further response. Every time you call, you end up with an employee who claims to be unrelated and can only transfer you or open a ticket. In some cases, the processing time stretches to weeks. If you are finally transferred to the supposedly “right” contact person, it takes so long that you eventually get disconnected. This experience is absolutely not recommended; it’s an extremely inadequate and disastrous service. Considering this, you might as well burn the money you spent! It would be wise to carefully consider whether registering as a new customer is a good idea. I’m only giving one star to be able to submit this review. (Translated from German by Google)

Pros: This PMS has been a life saver for the hoteliers, it has a lots of features to use and easy to use this platform. With a small training you would develop the learnings of running its all features. The tool comes with a value for money that has lot of options to discover, managing operations, distribution connectivity, reservations, managing rate & inventory, payments runs so smoothly.

Cons: Sometime exporting or importing bulk data becomes an issue where the tool stop working and does not respond.
