Poor implementation and training we are…
Poor implementation and training we are spending more people in more time trying to get the system used and we ever have in the 20 years doing this job. Is very poor training unable to use everything. 7 months later.

Trust in Transparency, Not in Rent Manger!!
Rentmanager app will fee the tenants without knowledge!!! All County Suncoast says your app is the problem and has charged me a late fee 2 days before the 1st of the month and they can not fix it.

Anyone having issues with Rent Manager today (3/4). Can’t log in, can’t get through at all to customer service and their website is down. This is very troubling.

#1, lack of on site management.Called ma ny times and no answer . #2.manager very rude and unprofessional #3 we have been here 2 years and Greatly disappointed, we are buying and have to stay.
Management told us to take down our fence or we have to move.because we didn’tfill out request to put it up. She told My husband who is handicappedand and became very upset.he told me and i have been trying to get a hold of some one in the managers office and No Response. Collection of applications …
This is designed to collect application fees. I am a property manager. I take applications as needed. Not application before you view a property. They put you on a waitlist to view the property and want you to pay $77 to apply without even knowing if you want the property. Feels like a scam.
