About Public Goods
Public Goods is a membership-driven direct-to-consumer brand that sells high-quality home essentials — cleaning products, bath & body care, kitchenware, home decor, and food — at wholesale prices through their $65/year 'Better Together' program. Founded in New York City, the company emphasizes sustainability: carbon-neutral shipping, plant-based and cruelty-free ingredients, plastic-free packaging, and a veritree partnership that has planted over 1 million trees. Public Goods serves over 250,000 members and is a natural supplier of guest amenities, cleaning supplies, and home essentials for the vacation rental industry.
What sets this company apart
Public Goods combines a membership-based wholesale pricing model ($65/year) with a strong sustainability ethos to offer premium home essentials at competitive prices. For STR operators, it provides both cleaning supplies and guest amenities from a single vendor at membership-discounted wholesale pricing — replacing the need to source from multiple suppliers.

Fraudulent Cancellation Process
I canceled my membership in January and even emailed them to confirm it was canceled. I received an email back saying that yes, it was canceled. On March 18th I received an email and credit card charge renewing my membership. This company has no way to call them and you're forced to send an email or text and then wait "1-2 days for a response because they're so busy". I would never do business with them again!
