What do you like best about Checkr Trust? The bulk background checks are a game changer. They save time and give a quick check on possible volunteers. What do you dislike about Checkr Trust? Changing excel spreadsheets to CVS is an extra step but still quicker than any other program we have used. The specific line headers can be a stumbling block. It's a quick fix but figuring out what the problem was is not. Being able to upload excel spreadsheets would be very helpful. What problems is Checkr Trust solving and how is that benefiting you? We are adhering to our client's contract and following all protocols they require by running background checks quickly to increase our volunteer participation in our NPO program at Busch Stadium.

What do you like best about Checkr Trust? What I liked about Checkr Trust is that it has user friendly features. The response time of the website is fast and never encountered any error even if I have a multiple search. This platform has a lot of potential to become a one stop search engine for credit evaluation like our team. What do you dislike about Checkr Trust? The downside of the website is the lack of options on how to extract the results of my searches. It would be wonderful to have an option for PDF download for single search. Now, I haven't tried the "Search multiple people" yet, but if it still doesn't have an option for extraction, I would suggest an Excel file extraction for results would be nice, or a PDF will do as long as the results are still visible. What problems is Checkr Trust solving and how is that benefiting you? Criminal records for the applicants that we receive. It's a part of our process to background check an applicant when we do a credit check.

What do you like best about Checkr Trust? Checkr Trust has competitive pricing and meets our unique business needs (a marketplace rather than employment). What do you dislike about Checkr Trust? Checkr Trust doesn't have all of the data that I need – most importantly, there are some jurisdictions' data that simply aren't integrated and we miss out on charges completely. The "unclassified" results that can't be shown in detail are also very frustrating and involve lots of manual review by our team, who is not experienced in the law. This introduces risk in our process. What problems is Checkr Trust solving and how is that benefiting you? We need to do a background check on all of our users. We have a high volume of new users joining the platform and we don't end up working with all of them, so the ease of use and low price point allow us to screen people out higher in the funnel.
