I phoned to get help with a gift i had purchased for my son I had ordered it for two people but the ticket just said one. The lady who took my call was very polite and easy to talk to and in no time at all managed to rectify my query without any problems at all. I would definitely recommend and i will have no problem in using this company again in the future.
