Perfect for non-resident hosts
I live outside country and I use Hostkit to steer all legal obligations of my Portuguese accommodations. I do not use a Channel Manager so Hostkit saves me hundreds of hours. The software comes with all the tools I need, such as magic Airbnb import, invoicing, online check-in, SEF etc, is cheap and the people behind it care about support. Great experience, I recommend.

Excellent for the Portugal STR market
