Another 10/10 stay with Blueground, this time in Paris! From the spotless interior to the provided essentials like soaps and detergent, they really thought of everything. The app and virtual staff made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free move-in experience.

Helpful and prompt assistance in an emergency situations
The BLUEGROUND team has been really supportive since I moved into one of their short term serviced apartment. I was in trouble with some interior furniture which needed to be fixed quickly to prevent harmful failure. I was listened carefully by the assistant over the phone who immediately arranged for a technician to come and fix the problem within 2 hrs. Also the handyman was very careful and did a good and precise job to prevent that the problem to happen again. Very satisfied with the assistance received
