Scam of a company! Would not let me change my check in date. Never had a company that would not let me change check in date days in advance.

Horrible!!!
Horrible!!!! SO frustrating- booked a hotel reservation with an agent who did not give me a refundable reservation as asked. (Hotelbeds later admitted it was an "agent error"). It took a month of back and forth where they repeatedly said that a confirmed reservation could not be changed . I am very unhappy with their unacceptable responses. The online customer service was unacceptable. The agents on the phone are very limited as to what they can do.

The pickup from the hotel was supposed to be at 11am, after 2 calls in which they assured us we're getting picked up in the next 5 minutes, no one is still here. Let's see if we make it to the airport on time. Horrible service

Irresponsible company. Guest suffered lot on prague - budapest tour. Driver didnt turn up inspite of calling. Budapest city tour on hotel pickup, no one came for pick up. Guest suffered badly, dont prefer this company ata ll

Booked through this company. Bed & breakfast & free parking with Crowne Plaza, Harrogate. The only booking they had was for room fully paid. Tried contacting company about lack of confirmation email, never arrived. This company is a total con DO NOT use them at all

Waiting over 90mins on a transfer late at night. Customer service awful- wouldnt give an estimated time for pick up and no apology. Still waiting. Ridiculous won't be booking again
