Dirty villa and noise issues
Turned up to find the villa was actually really dirty. We had ridiculously loud building work next door 5 of the 7 days. Were not interested in helping us move or any kind of money back.

I’ve rented a villa with them and they still have my security deposit. They claim they have some problems with their payment provider and are not able to return it.
