**Pros:** Prodotto interamente in Cloud ed intuitivo **Cons:** Pochissima flessibilità nelle modifiche richieste, disponibili solo aggiornamenti di sistema. Molto complesso nelle operazioni di base (vedi gestione delle prenotazioni gruppi, mancanza di visibilità dell'invenduto ed opzionato su di un'unica schermata, ecc.), necessarie più risorse e maggiore tempo per ogni singola operazione. *Date: January 2, 2023*

**What do you like best about 5stelle*?** 5stelle makes it really easy to manage reservations at the hotel and the check-ins and billings are also quite simple to handle. Plus you can use it for feedback too. **What do you dislike about 5stelle*?** Sometimes the reservations don't appear in the system, and you need to spend some time searching for them. Cinquestelle is a really intuitive softwer that you can use in cloud, from your office and from home. Whenever there is something missing, the assistance is ready to help and improve, and often, after few months they implement the system with your request. **Pros:** The fact that is on cloud **Cons:** the latest update has no colored icons and it's confusing **Vendor Response:** Dear Claudia Thank you for your review you are very kind.
