I had THREE bags of laundry- all fitting into a STANDARD laundry bag, ONLY sheets and towels wash clothes. Was charged for SIX BAGS (13 gallon) bill was $185.00. And I did not even get back one of my laundry bags. Was told each back should have been the size of a 13 gallon trash bag. If I could give less than one star I would.

They lost or stole my clothes over a week ago and are only willing to pay up to 200.00 dollars there were 5 pairs of work pants 5 shirts or more 3 pj tops and at least a dozen pair of jockey underwear. Just 2 of my shirts cost over 150.00 Really disappointed with what they are offering.
