Very helpful and convenient
Very helpful and convenient. We had to do a last minute change from Aberdeen to Edinburgh and Caleb sorted out the transfer out of hours and very helpfully. The service was easy to use, convenient and close to the station (in both Aberdeen and Edinburgh). Thank you.

Did the job and cheaper than train station
The pictures advertised show bags attached to the suitcase but when we got there that wasn't allowed which was frustrating because i didn't want to pay another 7 pounds. they never looked at my ID and asked me for a QR code each time that I didn't have as it was just a booking confirmation email. wasn't the best experience but did the job and cheaper than the train station.

Worked as described
Service worked as described - we stored our bags (2 large suitcases) here for 5 days with no issues. Make sure to bring the email confirmation when you drop off. Don't be thrown off that it's just a small random-seeming store!

Easy to book online and pay via card. Normally this location is a market. Do not look for any sign board coz you will not be able to find. You may use sticker or something to let people easily aware.

Cheap and simple luggage storage
Cheap and simple - I left my suitcase here at 13:30 and collected at 19:45 for which I paid £7. To drop off my suitcase, I had to show the shop owner my email and give them my name. To collect, I had to say my name (a small label had been attached to my bag). Great value and conveniently located a few mins walk from Waverley Station.
