Me echaron como cliente
Se trata de una empresa de limpiezas para alquiler turístico. Compré varios servicios en su web y no conseguía pagar con Paypal, que era lo que necesitaba. Se lo comuniqué y no corrigieron nada. Una persona llamada Gorana Ristovic primero me echó la culpa a mí, luego a Paypal y de nuevo a mí. ¡Balones fuera! Tras gestionar el tema con Paypal les envié las respuestas y notificaciones de Paypal confirmando que el problema procedía de Doinn. Pero se negaron a admitirlo. Se enfadaron, me pusieron a caldo y acabaron echándome como cliente, poniendo por excusa que era “maleducada y mala pagadora”. En fin, que me vetaron sin más. Yo necesitaba limpiar un apartamento tras un alquiler y esta actitud me obligó a viajar al lugar para hacerlo yo personalmente, porque no había tiempo de buscar otra empresa. He de decir que en su web no sólo no funciona bien Paypal, sino que a veces no puedes comprar los servicios adecuadamente. Tienes que dar vueltas y vueltas, su web se enreda, se queda con datos antiguos, no permite rectificaciones, etc. Pero, al final, para ellos, la “torpe”, la “maleducada” y la “mala pagadora” soy yo. Resumiendo, que he sido castigada por Doinn por los defectos de su software, sin tener culpa. No soy una mala pagadora. Nunca lo he sido ni lo seré. Jamás tuve una deuda. Me han calumniado y estoy ofendida. Así no se trata a un cliente fiel. En fin. Épico y bochornoso.
