Great Product for Compliance

The training and support provided is amazing! **Pros:** The support provided by OurPet Policy team, compliance and convenience **Cons:** None that I can think of. A more comprehensive program than the competitors. **Reasons for choosing OurPetPolicy:** PetScreening was not available above. Pet Screening Services Dispute

UPDATE 03/17/2026- Pet Screening Services has finally responded and supposedly issued a full refund. They have also deactivated our pets accounts as we originally requested. It was none the less an unfortunate and frustrating experience. SEE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT BELOW. Pet Screening Services reached out to us after we applied for a lease with Montage Southside Apartments in Ft. Worth, Texas, under the premise that it was REQUIRED by our apartments. We did the same as many- filled out the laborous forms on our 2 dogs (even though we had done the same on the lease application) then paid the $60 fee. I began to think, "this ain't right", so I reached out to the apartment manager and was informed that Pet Screening Services was NOT in fact required after all. I in turn went back to them within 72 hours and requested a refund. They have ducked and dodged me with BS, even telling me they called our apartments and that management confirmed the service was required. BUT, they were admittedly calling the WRONG APARTMENTS! I can't even get them to confirm they have "deactivated" the account, leaving me to worry about having to deal with this all over again next year! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE THIEVES!!
