The technician went above and beyond to…

This was yesterday: The technician went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem and solved it. Today I'm a little disappointed. Our company set an appointment for last Sunday. We were serviced and thought the appliance was working. We had to call again because it never worked. On Thursday the technician came back, installed a different part. His tools showed a change in temperature so I assumed that it was fixed and working. Today the tenants called saying that it is not cooling at all. He will go there again, but our company is getting frustrated with this ongoing situation. I don't know if it is worth it to keep trying.
