I have perfect experience with them in replying emails and sharing information but suddenly, they have canceled my booking without advance notice and in addition they are requesting a cancelation fees without even mention it in their offer.

Beware of this rogue organization! They are there purely to line their own pockets and those of landlords. They also remove reviews from tenants on their own website to maintain a positive image of themselves and the property! For example, we have lost more than half of our deposit of €1500, including €150 for a wooden sauna set that is sold in the store for a maximum of €45 and additional cleaning costs while the house had already been cleaned by us, but the costs were charged extra. brought because, among other things, the windows had become dirty due to hand prints from our children… very strange, I think!
The response from Casapilot indicates that there were several defects in the house, while upon departure the homeowner walked through the house and everything was fine apart from the sauna bucket. It is very easy to draw up rules after the stay whilst they have not been communicated in advance and then indicate that rules have been broken afterwards. It is normal for Casapilot that homeowners are allowed to enter the home without prior notification while people are sleeping and there is no nuisance at that time! Furthermore, they indicated by telephone that comments are indeed deleted, so it is certainly no exception that this only happened to ours.
