Great and responsive customer service
Great and responsive customer service. However I thought the prices were in CAD, so the final total was a bit of a shock to me, had I known that I might have booked something else. But the process and service I received was great, no complaints there.

Pleasantly surprised booking with a new company
I came across Whimstay and never heard of or used them before so I was a little skeptical and hesitant but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect and easy from the booking process to checking out. The rental was amazing, the host was wonderful and the location was exactly what I wanted.

I booked through Whimstays and was a little bit hesitant about it. However Deja from their support, was super supportive of the whole process and quelled all of my doubts. Even before I booked she was extremely help with all the booking details. I'd recommend them and use them again.

I made a booking on whimstay for a last minute trip to Montreal which was cancelled after I made my booking. I immediately reached out to Whimstay and I must commend Tyler as his feedback and handling of the situation was top notch. He took care of everything, I am very impressed with the support I received. I would recommend Whimstay and will use them again for sure.
