Une note de 4,5 sur un site d'avis certainement achetées car la note trustpilote se rapproche + de la vérité ! Quand tout ce passe bien le matériel est au top ! Mais daigner avoir un problème de matériel et devoir traiter avec le SAV, on vous demande 50 vidéos sous tout les angles alors que le problème est clairement dû à la défaillance du produit, on vous fait parlez anglais, on vous fait traitez avec le service client américain pour ensuite être re dirigé vers le service client français, je comprends mieux pourquoi il refuse les paiements PAYPAL surêment dû au faite qu'on peut poser des réclamations et que contrairement à eux PAYPAL est intransigeant sur le non respect des garanties commerciales ! à fuir sauf si vous avez de la chance et que le matériel fonctionne bien

Wish I'd read these reviews before buying their expensive equipment. The locks simply do not work. I had an issue where if someone tried pushing down the door handle first before entering the pin code it actually made the door lock never open. I live on a busy street, if someone accidentally or deliberately press down the door handle I'm then locked out of my house forever! Their customer server solution... "Inform people not to push down the handle" Can not actually believe how bad this company is.

Commande passée il y a plus de 1 mois. 15j apres avoir passé la commande après plusieurs relances pour savoir quand serait expédiée ma commande on m'annonce que le produit est en rupture (ce qui n'était pas le cas lors de la commande) On me propose un remboursement que j'accepte Depuis malgré de nombreuses relances impossible de me faire rembourser. Dommage les produits sont bien mais aucun service client et arnaque déguisée

des arnaqueurs attention, j'ai commandé chez eux et j'ai demandé l'annulation le jour même car ce n'etait pas compatible avec ma porte, ils ont quand même envoyé la commande, ont gardé l'argent , service client inexistant !! personne ne répond la personne prétend ne pas avoir de détails et dit que le service compta va me rappeler ce qui n'arrive jamais !!!

Igloohome products are the biggest pieces of shit stay away they stop working within the first year, they refuse to honor there so called warranty STAY AWAY HEED THIS WARNING buy a different product there are way better ones out there and Igloohome products are way more expensive Im telling you stay away even from the beginning Igloohome products do not work we had ours only 6 months and stopped working. Repeatedly called customer service they would constantly had us do our own service on it they made us do all this stupid shit to try to get it to work they just kept us doing things just hoping we would just go away I'm warning you for your own good don't buy Igloohome products trust me buy another more reliable product with a warranty that if needed will cover STAY AWAY.

The lock itself has worked very well until a year or two ago when scratches appeared on the screen. We only type codes in and never use it with cards or tags that could cause these scratches - it seems to be that the plastic screen deteriorates rapidly after a summer and winter making the lock not fit for purpose for an outward facing front door. I find it difficult to see the numbers on the screen now and it is only 3 years old. I reported it but the warranty has expired unfortunately and there is no screen replacement option. I strongly advise not to purchase these locks until the screen material is upgraded.
