Terrible interface, need to type password every time
Clearly built with zero feedback from customers, the app forces you to type in your account password every time you need to open a door with it. Would understand if this was needed after a month of inactivity, though need to do this every week! Go for a better alternative if you value the sanity of your customers.

Fix auto log out
I'm consistently automatically logged out from this app every month or so. If you're going to do that you should at least support face / Touch ID. I wish we could just go back to using an analog key...

App is slow/does not open on 5g
When on 5g the app does not open. When on 4g yes and is fast. Please solve this issue.

Good app poor execution
Just spent 10 minutes walking round the complex trying to figure out how to unlock the door- turns out you just have to swipe on the key you're using, but there's absolutely no indication that you need to swipe. Please just add this to the app it made me very upset earlier. Great idea otherwise.

Excellent and Super Reliable
I've been using the Klevio app for two years now at our home. It has never let us down once. The app has been a life saver allowing me to open the out front door remotely for guests and to give access in emergencies. Great control over e-keys for cleaners and workmen with time limited access and notifications when they arrive.
