These have to be some of the lowest quality smart devices on the market. Like no QC. I have bought one bolt and three touch models and all three touches broke in the first few hours of operation. Not even installation, but broken in the box or within minutes of use. Complete garbage product. Avoid at all costs.

It is truly a right of passage to get anyone to help with anything. They must have a plan to try and get you to give up. It’s a game of emails, photos, calls, appointments to fix the simplest item. They do not care.

The level products are pretty good, but their customer support is abysmal. I have a couple of their locks and am trying to purchase additional ones on their web site, but have been going back and forth for several days with their support team trying to get help placing an order. They are completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

Was initially really excited and loved my level lock+ for over a year. Until recently I started having issues with random unlocking. Everything changed once I contacted customer service for warranty. All the other reviews are absolutely right about how terrible the support is. They make you jump through endless hoops and don’t stand behind their product.

Level Bolt failed after two years - opens only partially. Got locked out for hours without physical key. Very few opening options (app and key only). Online support deficient; phone support said ‘clean it’ with no specific instructions. Switched to reliable brand. Major disappointment from expected quality brand.
