Installata l’applicazione per la gestione del comunicatore ip 1061/014 su centrale 1061, ho seguito scrupolosamente quanto indicato nei manuali utente ufficiali: * app URMET SECURE * Centrale di allarme (installaz. nuova tastiera, posizionam. e cavi), ho controllato gli indirizzi della chiave master (0) ed ho assegnato (1) al bus del comunicatore. * Comunicatore Urmet ip 1061/014. HO PERSO i SOLDI e tante ORE. L’app URMET SECURE riceve SOLO lo STATO di centrale e se scatta l’allarme ne indica la zona. NON DISINSERISCE NE INSERISCE l’allarme a distanza, anche se i comandi giungono realmente alla centrale d’allarme (ad ogni tentativo di comando tramite applicazione segue un breve lampeggio dei 4 led sull’inseritore master). Se tento di aggiornare il comunicatore, mi restituisce il messaggio di rivolgermi all’assistenza.

Undoubtedly a useful app but currently it cannot replace keys. Often the app crashes and there is no way to open the doors making Sclak useless. On crashes, usually I send feedbacks with system logs but I don’t know if they are helping to fix the issues I have given that I’ve not received any reply from Sclak.

Pessimo prodotto acquistato 2 anni fa praticamente non ha mai funzionato l’assistenza è fulminea solo quando ti fanno pagare appena scaduta la garanzia si sono presentati dopo nemmeno ti inviano il preventivo!!!
