Excellent service that I use as a landlord for multiple rentals. The team is very responsive when you have a question or a problem. I highly recommend it, both to landlords looking to digitize security deposits and to tenants who might be hesitant to trust a relatively unknown online service.

The service is not working, the deposits apparently do not work. I just tried to get a deposit of 300 euros and it is impossible to get it back.

Very convenient in terms of avoiding the need to receive and send bank transfers. I haven't yet had to use the security deposit and therefore don't know about the mediation process offered. Furthermore, the fact that the commission is paid by the landlord could be changed to a shared fee with the tenant. Otherwise, very satisfied.
