About Hostante
Hostante is a guest experience platform for short-term rentals, built for operators who want to increase revenue per booking without extra manual work. It gives each guest a branded portal, on the operator’s own brand and domain, covering online check-in, damage protection, paid extras and local payment methods.
Key features include online check-in so guest data is collected before arrival; damage protection as an alternative to card-hold deposits, configurable per apartment as either a guest choice or mandatory; sale of early check-in and late check-out, approved by the operator in one click; payments by BLIK, card and instant bank transfer through a licensed, supervised payment institution (Hostante does not hold guest funds); and travel documents, with door codes and arrival instructions released 24 hours before check-in only after server-side payment confirmation. Guests can also order breakfast delivered to the apartment door through local kitchens.
Operators receive a monthly sales report and automated settlement. Hostante connects to the operator’s PMS, starting with Guesty, and the team handles the integration setup. Guest data is processed mainly in the EU in line with GDPR. A public demo portal lets operators try the full guest journey before talking to the team.
Hostante is built by the Breakmake team (The Break sp. z o.o.), which delivers breakfasts to apartment doors in Warsaw and knows short-term rentals from the operations side.
