GererMesLocs is a free, 100% Made in France web application designed to simplify short-term vacation rental management for both individual property owners and professional conciergeries. Founded in 2019 by Nicolas and Claire Roussel, the platform was born from their own experience as owners of a furnished tourist rental property in the Pyrénées, where they discovered the need for a more economical and flexible alternative to traditional booking platforms.
The application automates the entire reservation process, including dynamic pricing, contract generation with electronic signatures, guest tracking, remote inventories, and dedicated direct booking websites with automatic subdomain creation. Hosts define their own booking rules, rental conditions, and payment terms. Guests pay the host directly — GererMesLocs is not a payment intermediary.
The platform is entirely free for hosts and conciergeries; only guests pay a 3.9% service fee. Listings are automatically published on HolidayLoc, the company’s own vacation rental search directory, providing additional visibility. The service is designed to save hosts significant costs compared to major platforms like Airbnb (which charges up to 17% in guest fees plus 3% host fees).
