I reached out to OwnerRez support to help me build out a workflow, and they were honestly incredible. I’m still pretty new to OwnerRez and didn’t really know how to set things up. I just knew what I wanted the end result to be. Instead of a generic reply, they actually helped me think it through and build a real system. Everything was broken down step by step in a way that made sense, and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping me get it right. It didn’t feel like support just trying to respond… it felt like someone working with me to figure it out.

Customer service responds in record time and makes the learning process manageable. The customer support is truly the best! I receive answers to my questions in minutes to a couple hours. Can’t ask for more. It takes time to learn how to utilize the platform optimally. There is no continuous chat option within the platform if a guest makes a direct booking.

Service has been outstanding. The program seems easy to operate and they have helpful videos if I get stuck and can’t figure it out. Very quick response times if I can’t find an answer to a question online. The value is also good compared to others I looked at when shopping around. Highly recommend. Customer support has been great, very responsive to questions or concerns. Loved the 1 hour video call, really helpful in getting started with the program. Everyone has been patient and very helpful. Not many choices for a template with hosted websites. Only three choices available. Would’ve loved to have more to choose from.

When operating a short-term rental business, you need to coordinate your marketing efforts on many STR websites (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) OwnerRez provides API integration between all the sites so rentals are synchronized immediately and double booking does not happen. They also provide communication, damage insurance and many other services. I will not rent STR without them.

I signed up to prevent double bookings but learned quickly that they had a lot more to offer. Their staff is very helpful. Synchronized bookings between Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com etc. Unified messaging with renters. Access to their damage insurance. In the beginning it can be confusing because of the amount of things they offer. But their training and support is great.
