**What do you like most?** Good communication with customers, offer a better talk and spread informations between colleagues, manage complaints and requests easily. Can share informations about the hotel. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** Nothing, everything is already good. HiJiffy is a good Chat bot that we can manage our own way and put our own answers. Gain a lot of time.

**What do you like most?** Hijiffy software has solved a fantastic problem at our Hotel, and has absolutely redefined our communications with clients. Organizing all the topics in one place, creating a complete knowledge database of our hotel in one accessible format, and always bringing forward the best tools for adjusting the FAQ topics, translation, and knowledge extraction from our internal documents. This is a fantastic piece of software that we are incredible excited to have in our tool arsenal. The team at Hijiffy is also incredible, they support us through all the troubles and wonderfully help us realize Hijiffy at our Hotel in the best possible way. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** I love that the team is always looking into adding new features and keeping up with AI innovations. The latest features of OTA communications that I wanted added, actually got included.

When the bot begin to understand the way our guest formulate themselves this will become a great soulution for our company's goal to help our guests 24/7 and increase the convertion. Pros: Easy to handle, interesting with all the statistics and great costumer service from HiJiffy. Cons: Long process before the bot understans our guests. But we are hopeful!

Great Tool for Independent Hotels
**What do you like most?** We love integration with our PMS MEWS, the latest AI version is awesome! The free knowledge data base is working well. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** Add more OTA channels to your integration. We have bookin.com and Expedia integrated, be great to have more channels integrated.

Keep up the good job. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** We would like to see to have a connection with booking.com as well as with our outlook mailbox.
