Great connectivity, strong basis for innovation.
**What do you like most?** I like the API first approach, because it offers us the possibility to really tailor make our tech stack without compromising or paying for unnecessary packaged features. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** Very little improvement opportunities if you have your own IT/ tech expertise. It's not a simple plug and play system, but that's also it's strength.

**What do you like most?** Apaleo as PMS is very functional. The group management is getting all the needed options to easily handle group bookings. The update always provide useful management functionalities. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** The assistance in foreign language could be improved. The accountancy section (liabilities and other voices) and report is not that easy to understand and could be improved.
