What do you like best about Cendra? I love how user-friendly Cendra is. The AI gives instant responses with all the necessary information and shows the data sources it uses, which helps me understand the response. The team is very agile and provides quick help for any issues I encounter. Cendra handles guest communications and requests after business hours, which was especially hard for me, and it has solved this problem completely. It also manages upsells by checking availability and boosts my revenue. Initial setup was easy with PMS integration capturing most of the information, only requiring two calls with their account manager. What do you dislike about Cendra? Currently I don't have any dislikes with the platform. What problems is Cendra solving and how is that benefiting you? Cendra solves after-hours guest communication challenges, boosts revenue through upsells, and eases property management.
