PMS Tools is a complementary operations platform that manages everything that happens after a booking, without replacing the property manager’s existing PMS. It automates turnover creation from reservations, runs cleaning checklists and inspections, tracks maintenance jobs with supplier quotes and approvals, reconciles finances against bank and Stripe accounts, and generates monthly owner statements reconciled to the cent. Team coordination features include task management, daily handovers, and leave/days-off scheduling, all backed by a mobile field app. Additional tools include a digital guest guidebook (House Book) and multi-property calendar and parking management. The platform was built inside and battle-tested by a 30+ property management company before launch, and integrates with Guesty, Hostkit, Telegram, Google Calendar/CalDAV, and Airbnb (via Guesty), with Hostify support planned. Available in English, Portuguese, German, and Spanish.
