Excellent PMS with powerful integrations and seamless operations
We have been using Mews for our hotel operations, and it has been a very positive experience. One of the biggest strengths of Mews is its extensive API ecosystem. The ability to connect with a wide range of third-party tools (RMS, channel managers, POS systems, automation tools, etc.) allows us to build a tech stack that truly fits our operational needs. This flexibility is a major advantage compared to more closed systems. Another key benefit is how seamless the processes are between departments. From reservations to front office, housekeeping, and even billing, everything flows smoothly and transparently. It significantly reduces manual work, minimizes errors, and improves internal communication. The interface is also very intuitive and user-friendly. Training new staff is quick, and even team members with limited technical experience can become comfortable with the system in a short time. Overall, Mews is a modern, forward-thinking PMS that supports efficiency, automation, and scalability. A well-designed PMS that supports efficient hotel operations
Mews has proven to be a strong and reliable PMS for our hotel. The platform feels modern and well thought-out, with features that genuinely support everyday hotel work rather than complicate it. Daily operations in both reception and administration are smoother thanks to a clear interface and smart automation. Processes such as check-in, check-out, payments, and reporting are easy to manage and give us good control and insight into our operations. The integrations with external systems also work very well. Another major advantage is the support team. When assistance is needed, responses are fast, professional, and focused on finding practical solutions. It's also reassuring to see that the system continues to develop based on feedback from hotels. All in all, Mews helps us work more efficiently and confidently in a digital environment, and we would gladly recommend it to other hotels looking for a flexible and forward-looking PMS.

We started working with Mews more than 6 years ago, when we opened our hotel, being their first costumer in Costa Rica! In these 6 years Mews has grown & developed so much! They always stay on top of the latest features and innovations. There are so many tools you can integrate into it, allowing us to manage our business in an effective and healthy way. All the interfaces are easy, intuitive and highly esthetic. Our costumer experience manager in a rock star, and we strongly feel that using Mews is more like a partnership than - costumer - provider relations.
