We wouldn't go anywhere else!
We have worked with Smoobu since founding our bespoke holiday let company over 6 years ago. The support and cost are a big factor for us and it's super. We love the way they are open to suggestions to improve what they offer and are adding beneficial updates all the time. For us as a small company, the cost and value is huge and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Managing our portfolio on all the OTA's is pretty seamless and we cannot recommend them highly enough

Smoobu is brilliant
Smoobu is brilliant! I've been using it for a few years (changed over from a more expensive and way too complicated one for the type of small guesthouse that I have) and am completely happy! Their customer service is extremely quick, incredibly helpful and efficient AND ARE ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS!! They have a web design platform that free as part of my plan - so I am now switching website over to reduce my costs further. The platform is easy to use and has nice design features. I 100% recommend them

Kevin is a very knowledgable individual who not only provides excellent technical support but most importantly is focused on finding solutions. He stays with the customer, guides them through the process and has amazing follow-up.

Excellent channel manager for our A-frame chalets!
We are using smoobu for over a year now, running our 2 mountain A-frame chalets. We've never experienced any issue with it, it is very straightforward, easy to use, everything is in sync: prices, availability, our guests are doing check-in online! A pure pleasure so far!
