**What do you like best?** I love using Tokeet. I have a small B&B with listings on AirBnB and a few OTAs and it's PERFECT for my needs. It's easy to use - so easy to use I can even get my husband (who is also my business partner) to use it when he needs to check on important guest info). I love the fact that it's a VERY reasonable, flat fee to use - and it comes PACKED with super useful features - like the various booking engine options, automated messages & templates, easy to set up integrations with OTAs, free website (if you don't already have one) AND even a VERY nice guest portal functionality. Our guest love this and it's been a great upgrade to have this vs a "hard copy" book that we used to have in our rooms. With the guest portal, guests can access this information even when they're out and about AND the best is it's eco-friendly...no more having to print and laminate pages for the book...no need to have flyers. We just create the content, link to other websites to tours and other destinations/services, where they can always get the most up to date rates and information. Super easy to use integrated payment gateway (huge step up from how we were managing payments before for other OTA reservations other than AirBnB). All in all, it's truly awesome how much you get for the money. And the icing on the cake - is responsive and helpful customer service! Can't recommend this solution any more highly. **What do you dislike?** I would love it if they would have a similar level of integration with more OTAs, as they have with AirBnB, Booking.com and Expedia.com. *Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.*

Overall very good, it brings together everything I need. I'm about to expand to 13 properties with hopes to reach 20 next year and Tokeet will continue to provide the backbone to my infrastructure. Highly recommend. Ratings Breakdown: Ease of use 5, Value for money 4, Customer support 5, Functionality 4. Pros: The product overall is very easy to use, and does provide essentially a one-stop service. It's certainly better suited for Serviced Accommodation or Holiday lets compared to other similar priced products which still focus on room lets only. Cons: The limited 'core' tokeet can sometimes feel constrained. Eg not allowing for even two different automations or automations per property seems a little harsh unless you spend on the extra Automata package. As a channel manager it works well but still requires you to upload properties onto OTA's individually. This isn't a problem if you're building your business though as it allows you to check everything yourself. Other channel managers that 'auto upload' tend to make mistakes. Simple things like being able to move properties on the calendar to a different position in the list seem like very easy things to achieve but aren't possible and development tends to be focused on big products rather than small wins. Reasons for choosing Tokeet: value for money. Reasons for switching to Tokeet: They weren't really set up for holiday lets / individual apartments.

What a great team! The software is very complete, so you have to learn to use it, but the team is always there to help on the chat. Highly recommended.

Great customer service.

tokeet is great i used it for 3 years and they have upgrade the system a lot and has many features. It is value for money and the best is when Fakhar (along with the rest of the team) is available to resolve any tech issues. They also have an app which works quite well. if it was not good i would not still be around 3 years on.
