Lo usamos en la oficina desde hace mucho tiempo, y realmente optimizas las cuestiones logísticas de llaves y control de accesos. Es tan buena solución que lo tengo también en casa, se han acabado por fin los problemas con las llaves y mis hijos, siempre se olvidaban las llaves... ahora por suerte siempre tienen batería en el móvil y pueden entrar en casa sin problemas con la app de Akiles, además de yo saber que han llegado a casa sin que ellos me avisen, igual con la persona que nos viene a ayudar en casa.

Overall this solution has been good for our tourist apartments. Unfortunately, the problem arises with their lack of support when issues occur. Alquilamos una casa por Airbnb en Barberá (BCN) con este sistema de apertura. Cuando volvimos a la casa a las 2 de la mañana no funcionaba la aplicación. Tardaron 2 horas en enviar a un cerrajero, tuvieron que reventar la cerradura con un taladro. Lo peor fue que al día siguiente hasta las 3:30 de la tarde no arreglaron la cerradura por lo que no podíamos salir por estar la puerta abierta. A día de hoy no nos ha dado ninguna explicación ni, por supuesto, ninguna compensación.

Una interesante e innovadora solución para el manejo de cerraduras sin necesidad de una llave física. En nuestro caso, hemos tenido problemas con el sistema de cerradura electrónica que nos han hecho perder horas de sueño hasta poder entrar, con ayuda de un cerrajero para acceder a la vivienda. Al día siguiente esperamos toda la mañana para poder resolverlo. Por parte de la administración no hemos tenido respuesta ni ningún tipo compensación. Poco profesional.
