Overall the Cloudbeds system is good
Overall the Cloudbeds system is good, Cesar Lazarini was a great on boarding coach. He always took time to try to help us determine the best way to set something up. I think I would have liked a little more guidance on setting up the booking engine initially, but overall it's been a positive experience.

Cloudsbeds is an everyday use for our company!
We use Cloudbeds everyday, it helps keep our business organized and easily accessible for all of our staff. Cloudbeds is a great program that we use to manage all of our asset in the hospitality work environment. For managing a hotel Cloudbeds makes the job a lot easier, all rooms easily organized and accessible and it even links up with other programs to allowed instant booking. Even does jobs for us like automate e-mails and responses. I recommend Cloudbeds!

Great product for small hotels
I have found the transition to Cloudbeds, and use of the product, easy and excellent. I finally feel like my customers are being managed in a thoughtful way. Cloudbeds is an excellent PMS and booking engine for a boutique property like ours. We have felt it's a great product for the cost, with decent customer support and a great help article library.

Solved our sync issues with the OTAs and it's cloud based so I can check the dashboard from home. Much better than the legacy software we were using.
