Functional but could be more durable

1. The possibility of opening doors without keys. 2. The ability to generate custom codes. 3. The use of AA batteries, which simplify management, instead of having batteries specifically designed for the handles. What do you dislike or think could be improved? 1. Improvement of products to make them suitable for outdoor use, certification of a higher IP protection rating. 2.The durability of the products can be improved. Breakages or malfunctions often occur, which, given the nature of the product, often forces us to break the doors.

Efficient and secure system.

Key benefits we've seen from the Goki system: 1. It helps us with housekeeping efficiency. 2. It eliminates the need for housekeepers to carry physical keys. 3. Guest response has been very highly recommended. 4. Having locks instead of keys saves us money compared to losing and cutting new physical keys. Overall, the system is efficient and secure. What do you dislike or think could be improved? For areas of improvement, I mentioned the occasional downgrade in the Wi-Fi connection and that the system sometimes fails to create the 4-digit code.

Communication is Key

Love that we can send shout out messages to guests if things happen in the hostel so everyone knows what is going on. What do you dislike or think could be improved? New hardware is not the same as old hardware with wifi built in which makes it hard to have a mix of old hardware and new.

Simplicity of use enhancing guest experience

What do you like most? Ease of use enhancing the overall guest experience, there are minimal maintenance issues, good platform for communication with the guests. What do you dislike or think could be improved? A goki lock to suit sliding glass doors, more robust latches had issues with them breaking, replaced by Goki FOC.
