Use it to boost direct bookings and revenue

**What do you like most?** As Marketing Director at The Views Hotels, I've had the opportunity to work closely with Triptease as part of our wider strategy to grow direct bookings across our properties in Madeira. In a market historically dominated by tour operators and later OTAs, Triptease has become a key partner in helping us shift more demand into our direct channel in a measurable and sustainable way. Strong impact on direct booking performance across channels: one of the most valuable aspects of Triptease is its ability to positively influence multiple acquisition channels at once - particularly metasearch, paid search, and retargeting. Having everything connected in one ecosystem makes it much easier to understand performance holistically and optimize toward direct revenue rather than fragmented channel KPIs. Clear improvements in ROAS and efficiency: we've seen significant improvements in campaign efficiency and return on ad spend since consolidating our activity with Triptease. The platform's optimization capabilities and smart bidding logic help ensure we're not just spending budget, but investing it in traffic that is more likely to convert. Rate parity visibility and support for direct pricing strategy: rate disparity has always been a challenge in our market, especially with wholesale leakage and OTA undercutting. Triptease gives us much better visibility and control over these issues, helping us respond faster and protect our direct channel value proposition. Personalization that supports conversion: Triptease's on-site personalization tools have helped us deliver more relevant experiences to our website visitors, which has contributed positively to conversion rates and overall user engagement. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** Reporting flexibility and dashboard customisation: while the platform provides strong performance insights, greater flexibility in reporting views and deeper custom dashboard customization would be valuable for more advanced analysis.

Great software to grow your brand

Great to work with us. When we contacted them they actually seemed like they wanted to work with us and that is always appreciated. You can give them suggestions for new ideas which get voted on. Very happy **Pros:** It is an excellent product to even the playing field when competing against the OTA's. Have loved it since it first came out. Got the opportunity to start using it and have never looked back. Great information for us and our guests like Price check, the new chat with HiJiffy and website messaging. Always updating the software. Highly recommend **Cons:** Nothing really. Setting things up in the website messaging sometimes a little confusing but really can't complain at all. Reporting is clear and easy to understand, allowing us to confidently track performance and ROI. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** Improved reporting customization and enhanced in-platform guidance would further strengthen an already effective platform. Some areas of the interface could benefit from simplification, particularly around campaign setup and testing.

**What do you like most?** The marketing tools and "Messages" feature allow us to create a very reactive, helpful website experience that directly guides guests toward booking. The builder is incredibly easy to use, letting our team launch custom promotions and exit-intent messages in minutes without needing any technical support. It has successfully helped us capture more direct bookings and build stronger relationships with our guests from their very first visit. **What do you dislike or think could be improved?** I would strongly recommend that Triptease adds a TikTok Ads management service or a direct integration for short-form video tracking. Since more of our guest discovery is starting on social media, managing that spend in a separate silo from our direct booking data feels like a missed opportunity. Having a way to sync our video creative and bidding into the Triptease dashboard would save us a lot of time and provide a much clearer picture of the full guest journey.
